Size and framing
The size you pick is the picture. It arrives on a bigger sheet, with a white border all round.
Frame it two ways. A ready-made frame with a mat covers the border, so you buy for the picture — the table below names one for every size. Or have a framer fit the whole sheet, border showing.
Which frame
| You pick | Sheet that arrives | Ready-made frame + mat |
|---|---|---|
| MOST PHOTOGRAPHS · 3:2 | ||
| 12 × 18 in | 13½ × 19½ in | 18 × 24 in |
| 16 × 24 in | 18 × 26 in | 20 × 30 in |
| 24 × 36 in | 27 × 39 in | 30 × 40 in |

| 24 × 32 in | 27 × 35 in | 30 × 40 in |
Either way up — a landscape 18 × 12 is the 12 × 18 row. Framing the sheet itself instead? Give a framer the middle column.
