Chris Riehm, the artist behind Rendering The Invisible, is a photographer
and scientist based in the Atlanta area, practicing infrared photography
since 2016. The photographs are made on full-spectrum converted cameras
filtered to accept infrared wavelengths. By day, Chris works in
biomechanics and neuroscience and has always looked for ways to merge art
with science.
Most of the photographs on the site are available as archival prints on
cotton rag, in three sizes; see the Shop. For commissions,
